Casino Theatre On Catalina Island
Today our stop is Catalina Island… and island off the coast of Los Angeles. And adorable little town with wild buffalo and golf carts.
The famous landmark is the Casino… which is not a casino. A circular theatre built in 1933. Theatre downstairs and a ballroom and now roller skating rink upstairs.
The building is so beautiful… the theatre is lovely and the old ballroom has its charm. The outside terrace also gives spectacular views.

Sucker for bread pudding and this is some good shit. With raisins FYI.
I enjoyed this much more than expected. It came with tortilla but I just ate the meat. It was not heavy and very flavourful.

Damn this was good. The flavour was Horchata and the donut was just as good as the icing.
There isn’t much, if anything I will give a thumbs down to on this ship, but this sandwich is definitely a skip. The potential is there to be delicious in theory but the toasting dries it out and there is not enough spread to give it enough moisture.
With maple syrup butter. I used the bread which was really good to get the butter in ma mouth.
